Doing the travel timewarp

Time travels at a different speed when one is on the road. Looking toward the world to which I will return in less than two weeks' time, it is hard to believe that as much as has happened in my world during the past 10 weeks has also happened at home. Getting time and place to line up in my mind and in my memory will be difficult as the two seem to travel at different speeds in my mind, home will be exactly as I left it when I went away. Alas, that is never as it is, and while I have been away things have happened and lives have changed.

So I wonder...How long will it take me to adjust to being back? Or will I be able to jump right back in?
